Job Responsibilities Sales Volume Achievement
Achieve overall sales volume targets for the assigned territory.
Drive oil-wise sales volume in line with business goals.
Focus on increasing sales of priority or focused products.
Infrastructure Development
Appoint new dealers to strengthen the distribution network.
Establish a separate channel sales infrastructure in assigned towns.
Collect and manage Business Guarantee (BG) / Security Deposit (SD) as required for business operations.
Market Development
~ Strategically work to increase market share in assigned towns.

Technology Rollout
Implement technology-based applications across the territory.
Ensure optimal utilization and adoption of technology tools among stakeholders.
