Marketing: Growth Marketer

This is a full-time on-site role for a Growth Marketer located in Tiruppur. The Growth Marketer will focus on implementing growth strategies, optimizing marketing efforts, and driving lead generation. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing marketing campaigns, analyzing marketing and web performance, leveraging data to identify opportunities for growth, and utilizing innovative growth hacking tactics to expand customer acquisition and retention.

Proficiency in Growth Marketing and Growth Hacking to develop and execute effective strategies for scaling operations
Experience in Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics to track and evaluate campaign performance and customer behavior
Excellent communication and project management abilities
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques is a plus
