Illustrator / Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer – Visual Content to join our corporate communications team. This junior role is perfect for someone with strong graphic design fundamentals, experience across print and digital design , and basic knowledge of video/camera operations to support multimedia projects. You will work on a wide range of visuals for social media, internal communication, corporate campaigns, print materials, and also collaborate with our video team by creating frames, illustrations, and simple assets used in video productions.

Key Responsibilities:
Graphic & Visual Design
Design engaging digital creatives for social media posts, internal announcements, emailers, presentations, and campaign assets.
Create print-ready materials including brochures, posters, standees, event branding, and corporate collaterals.
Develop infographics, layouts, and visual communication assets that align with brand identity.
Maintain brand consistency across all outputs.
Illustrations & Video Asset Support
Create icons, illustrations, and visual elements for both digital and print needs.
Design visual frames, title cards, lower-thirds, thumbnails, and other assets used in video projects.
Work closely with the video team to ensure graphic assets fit the production style and storyboard.
Basic Video & Camera Support
Assist with simple camera setups during studio shoots or internal recordings.
Support the team with basic lighting, framing, or equipment setup when required.
Understand fundamentals of video composition, aspect ratios, and design-safe zones.
Capture simple reference footage or behind-the-scenes clips when needed.
Tools & Technology
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign ; familiarity with Figma is an advantage.
Comfortable using AI and generative design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Canva AI, or Figma AI for idea generation and concept development.
Basic familiarity with video tools such as Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve (not mandatory but preferred).
Collaboration & Workflow
Work closely with content, video, and communications teams on ongoing projects.
Maintain organized design libraries, templates, and project files.
Handle multiple design requests while meeting timelines.

Requirements:

• 1-4 years of experience in graphic or visual design.
• Education Mandatory - B.DES (Bachelor in Design) or Design related field
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding.
• Experience in digital and print design is essential.
• Basic knowledge of cameras, lighting, or video production workflows is a plus.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and openness to using AI-powered design tools.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and willingness to learn.
