At Unico International Private Limited , we're looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Portfolio Division . This is a highly target-driven role , ideal for individuals who are motivated by performance, incentives, and direct impact on revenue.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Business Development Executive in the Portfolio Division . The role involves independently generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and managing accounts specifically for portfolio and financial service offerings.
The candidate must consistently achieve monthly sales targets , take ownership of the entire sales cycle, and perform in a performance-driven, target-based environment .
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the financial domain
Manage end-to-end sales cycle including outreach, pitching, and closing
Develop and execute business development strategies
2–3 years of experience in business development/sales
- Proven ability to perform in a target-driven sales environment
- Experience in financial services, portfolio management, or consulting (preferred)
- Strong business strategy and account management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
