• Work-out of Should Cost/ Zero Based Cost of Trim Components - Exterior Trim, Interior Trim, Cockpit/ Instrument Panel Assembly, Soft Trims NVH Acoustic Components for New projects as per Standard norms and Ensure Adherence to Submission Dates.
• Expertise in part costing techniques and cost management in Chemical commodity.
• RM / Process / MHR / Markups etc. & data management.
• Process Knowledge
• Injection Molding, Plastic Painting, Plastic Welding Processes, PU Molding, Vacuum Forming, Blow Molding, Thermoforming, Thermosetting
