You will work on advanced analytics initiatives including statistical analysis, machine learning, deep learning, and large language model (LLM) use cases. Experience or interest in the HR domain will be an added advantage.

Perform extensive statistical analysis (descriptive and prescriptive) on large and complex datasets.

Extract insights from data using Python and SQL to support decision-making.

Present analytical findings and project outcomes using appropriate tools and visualizations.

Collaborate across multiple functions to gather, validate, and integrate data.

Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Excel, and data analysis techniques.

Solid understanding of data structures and statistical concepts.

Hands-on experience with machine learning and deep learning models.

Exposure to or experience working with LLM models.

Ability to translate business problems into data-driven solutions.

Good communication skills to present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

These will help you succeed

Prior experience or domain knowledge in HR analytics or people data.

Experience working with large-scale enterprise datasets.

Familiarity with data visualization or reporting tools.
