Understanding product issues & defining problem statement
Dealer/Customer Connect : Domestic & Export Market
Scrutinise daily claims/tech webs, Initial Investigation & escalation o Field & Supplier visits for analysis : Hydraulics/Electrical Troubleshooting
Root Cause Analysis, Driving Reliability Improvement Projects
Process/Product Audit o Driving Warranty cost reduction projects o Closure effectiveness monitoring o Warranty part attribution (ASD) & Supplier Cost recovery
Warranty data analysis, Daily/Weekly/Monthly MIS generation; Early Warning Signals o Warranty Prediction o QASI / IMS document updating
New Product Launch : Risk Assessment / Carry-over issue resolution
