Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our Loan Against Property (LAP) sales efforts in Udaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing a team of sales executives, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets for LAP products within the designated region.

Job Responsibilities**

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed LAP sales targets in Udaipur.

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of LAP sales executives, providing regular training, coaching, and performance feedback.

Identify new business opportunities and expand market share for LAP products through various channels, including direct sales, DSA partnerships, and corporate tie-ups.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including real estate agents, property developers, and high-net-worth individuals.

Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to loan disbursement, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Monitor and analyze sales performance, prepare regular reports, and present findings to senior management.

Collaborate with credit, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer experience and product delivery.

Manage and optimize the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.

Stay updated on industry trends, product innovations, and regulatory changes related to LAP.

Job Qualifications**

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role specifically in Loan Against Property (LAP) or mortgage finance.

Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Strong understanding of the LAP product, market dynamics, and regulatory environment in India.

Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Local market knowledge of Udaipur and surrounding areas is highly desirable.
