We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated US IT Recruiter / Sr. US IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in the US Staffing Industry , with strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals for various clients across the US market.
Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting suitable candidates.
Work on Full Time / W2 / 1099 / C2C hiring models as per client requirements.
Source candidates using job portals such as Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, TechFetch, LinkedIn, ComputerJobs, Yahoo HotJobs, and ATS tools .
Negotiate salary, rate, and contract terms with candidates and vendors.
Maintain and update candidate and client databases on a regular basis.
Stay updated with US market trends, technologies, and visa regulations.
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a US IT Recruiter in the US Staffing Industry .
Strong understanding of US Tax Terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and US Work Visas (H1B, GC, OPT, TN, etc.) .
Previous professional experience collaborating with system integrator (SI) clients.
Proficiency in using leading job boards and ATS tools ( Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, TechFetch , etc.).
