Account Director - Project Management

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager - Sales Marketing at Yateeks Construction Pvt. The role involves managing sales and marketing activities, coordinating projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities also include overseeing logistics, expediting construction tasks, conducting inspections, and ensuring project timelines and budgets are met efficiently.

Strong skills in Project Management and the ability to oversee end-to-end project execution.

Competence in Expediting and Expeditor tasks, with a focus on maintaining schedules and coordinating project materials and resources effectively.

Proficiency in Inspection processes to ensure quality standards are met during project execution.

Logistics Management expertise to streamline operations and facilitate timely delivery of materials and services.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Experience in construction, especially in residential or commercial projects, is highly desirable.

Familiarity with sustainable building practices is an added advantage.
