Sales Manager drives revenue growth by leading, training, and motivating a sales team to meet or exceed targets. They develop sales strategies, analyze performance data, and manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and overall company growth. They are responsible for forecasting and setting quotas.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Hiring, training, mentoring, and motivating sales representatives to achieve individual and team quotas.
Strategy & Planning: Developing and implementing sales plans, setting quotas, and defining sales territories.
Performance Tracking: Monitoring team KPIs, analyzing sales data, and conducting regular performance reviews.
Customer & Business Development: Building relationships with key clients and identifying new business opportunities.
Collaboration: Working with marketing to align on lead generation and with product teams to refine sales strategies.
Sales Forecasting: Preparing regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Leadership & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to manage a team and engage with clients.
Sales Acumen: Proven experience in achieving sales targets, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and analytical tools.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data to improve sales strategies and ROI.
Experience: Typically requires previous experience as a sales representative or in a leadership role.
