Manager. Regulatory Policy
Key deliverables:
- Lead global IT SOX compliance and audit coordination activities
- Oversee design, implementation, and remediation of IT SOX controls
- Evaluate and review SOC 1/SOC 2 reports for ITGC relevance
- Develop and maintain SOX-compliant IT policies and governance reporting
Role responsibilities:
- Manage IT SOX audits, findings, and remediation timelines
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent IT control environment
- Review new IT processes for SOX impact and support attestations
- Engage with internal/external auditors and regulatory stakeholders
