Senior Software Development Manager Full Time

Lead the technical design, vision and implementation strategy for major services & components of DPWorld.

Create an environment to foster professional and personal growth of each individual engineer in the team.

Lead the team to provide production-ready system components and operation support; Ensure timely response and resolutions to relevant site operations and support escalations

Drive best practices on the team, deal with ambiguity and competing objectives, and proactively identify and mitigate risks before they become roadblocks

Define, measure, and improve Key Performance Indicators for the team

understanding and following DP World's Code of Conduct and Ethics policies

Qualifications, Experience And Skills

Bachelor in Technology, Engineering, or equivalent (BE/BTech/BS)

12 or more years of professional software development, implementation and operations experience. Of which 2-3 years of clear demonstration of progressive experience in management.

Strong technical aptitude to lead an engineering team

Strong experience in managing multiple projects/programs.

Solid understanding of developer tools and cloud technologies

Experience working on frameworks or platforms consumed by a large developer audience
