Senior Manager, Technical Program Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Program Manager to join our this role you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful delivery of complex technical projects within the fintech domain. As a Technical Program Manager you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers engineers designers and stakeholders to ensure programs are executed effectively and meet business objectives. Your expertise in program management technical acumen and understanding of the fintech landscape will be instrumental in driving successful outcomes.

Lead the end-to-end process from project initiation to delivery ensuring adherence to scope timelines and budget constraints.
Develop comprehensive plans including resource allocation task breakdowns and risk management strategies.
Effectively communicate progress risks and issues to key stakeholders providing timely updates and managing expectations.
Identify and mitigate risks proactively resolving issues to minimize potential impacts on timelines and deliverables.
Manage budgets track expenses and monitor financial performance against objectives.
Stay up to date of industry trends emerging technologies and regulatory changes within the fintech domain providing insights and recommendations to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Mentor and coach team members promoting their professional growth and development.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field; 9 years of experience as a Technical Program/Project Manager with a strong track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

• Solid understanding of fintech technologies including but not limited to payment systems blockchain data analytics and cybersecurity.
• Proficient in project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum) and tools (e.g. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in financial regulatory compliance is a plus.
• Prior coding experience with at least one programming language is preferred.
