Safety Engineer (Safety Analysis)

Description We are seeking a Safety Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring workplace safety by developing and implementing safety programs, conducting inspections, and promoting a culture of safety within the organization. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of safety regulations and a passion for maintaining a safe working environment.
Responsibilities
Conduct safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
Investigate accidents and incidents to determine causes and implement corrective actions.
Provide safety training and education to employees and management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety within the organization.
Analyze safety data and prepare reports for management review.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Strong understanding of safety regulations and standards in India.
Experience with risk assessment and hazard analysis methodologies.
Proficiency in safety management software and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
