Job Description: Business Development Manager (BDM)
Position: Business Development Manager (BDM)
Industry: Utensil Kitchenware Manufacturing
Experience Required: 1+ years (Project Sales)
Location: Chandigarh , punjab.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in project and institutional sales
Handle bulk orders from hotels, restaurants, hospitals, hostels, builders, and government/private projects
Build relationships with architects, contractors, dealers, distributors, and project consultants
Prepare proposals, quotations, and tenders Coordinate with production and logistics teams for timely order execution
Achieve sales targets and conduct market research
Required Skills
Graduate in Business/Marketing or related field 1+ years experience in project sales (preferably manufacturing/FMCG/kitchenware)
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects
