Job Summary The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment while supporting administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner

Answer and direct incoming calls

Maintain a pleasant and welcoming reception area

Manage visitor logs and appointments

Assist with general administrative tasks as required

Ensure smooth coordination with other departments

Maintain records and handle correspondence

Support office operations with professionalism and efficiency

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate or undergraduate
  • 1–5 years of relevant experience
  • Pleasant personality and professional demeanor
