Senior Data Analysis Engineer

This role is part of HPE Operations, focusing on designing, developing, and maintaining advanced data solutions to optimize supply chain operations. The position involves building robust data pipelines, implementing ETL processes, and providing actionable insights to drive business performance. Key Responsibilities
Independently develop solutions for complex supply chain projects, leveraging deep domain and industry knowledge
Interpret data from junior contributors and provide recommendations to optimize operational performance
Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using AWS Redshift, Lambda, Glue, Step Functions, CloudWatch, and Apache Spark
Implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources into data warehouses
Develop and maintain SQL scripts for data extraction, transformation, and loading
Write and maintain Python scripts for data processing, automation, and analysis
Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable data solutions
Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations
Lead strategic supply chain projects from planning to execution, providing actionable findings and insights
Consult with business leaders to resolve complex supply chain challenges and improve operational efficiency
Education and Experience
- First-level university degree (Bachelor's) or equivalent; advanced degree preferred
- 6–10 years of experience in supply chain, data engineering, or analytics functions
Technical Knowledge and Skills
Extensive experience with AWS services including Redshift, Lambda, Glue, Step Functions, and CloudWatch
Expertise in ETL processes, data warehousing, and pipeline development
Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation, analysis, and automation
Experience with Apache Spark for large-scale data processing
Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and high-level modeling tools
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
Knowledge of emerging trends in supply chain and data technologies
