Institutional Outreach & Partnerships
Identify, approach, and sign MoU agreements with engineering colleges, BCA/BSc colleges, polytechnics, and arts & science colleges within the assigned territory.
Build relationships with Principals, HODs, Training & Placement Officers, and Career Development Cell (CDC) coordinators.
Onboard small computer training institutes as Rooman hybrid delivery partners.
Conduct seminars, workshops, and demo sessions on AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Digital Skills.
Maintain a live territory database of all mapped colleges and institutes, including visit and status tracking.
Build and nurture long-term relationships for repeat batches and referrals.
