Key Responsibilities:

1. Source candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
2. Conduct initial screening calls to assess communication skills, qualifications, and role fit.
3. Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
4. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
5. Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
6. Support employer branding initiatives through social media and recruitment campaigns.
7. Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Other requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

3. MBA graduates or candidates currently pursuing an MBA are not eligible.

4. Must be willing to work from our Pune office.

5. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory).

6. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

7. Confident speaking with candidates over the phone and video calls.

8. Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

9. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

10. Basic knowledge of MS Office.

11. Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, or other job portals is an advantage.
