About the Opportunity

We are hiring entry-level Business Development Executives to join our on-site sales team in India. This is a hands-on sales role ideal for freshers who are eager to build a career in B2B sales client acquisition and revenue generation. You will be trained on our sales process CRM workflows and employer engagement strategies while working towards clear monthly targets.

Role & Responsibilities

Prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calling email outreach LinkedIn engagement and targeted research.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads conduct discovery conversations and document requirements to create sales-ready opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of leads activities and deal progression in the CRM; update dashboards and weekly reports.
Collaborate with delivery and operations teams to coordinate employer demos placements and follow-ups ensuring high conversion rates.
Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified leads meetings booked and revenue contribution while improving conversion metrics.
Participate in structured sales training role-plays and feedback sessions to accelerate ramp-up and performance improvement.
