The Role

You will be responsible for :

Designing and implementing new features and functionalities
Creating and maintaining documentation of the work.
Design & develop web-based applications using PHP/MySQL
Manage project tasks, timelines, and communication.
Delivering Scalable & easy maintain solutions using engineering best practices and relevant coding standards.
Creating test cases for all the work developed
Technical help in resolving the support requests

Ideal Profile

Expertise and qualifications

Bachelorʼs degree in computer science or a similar field.
Candidate having 1- 3 years of experience.
Proven work experience as a WordPress developer.
Experience in creating WordPress plugins &/ themes from scratch.
Experience working on Gutenberg block is an add-on.
Sound coding logic and analytical ability to design test scenarios and debug issues
Keen interest in research about the latest web technologies and advancements
Enthusiasm to learn new technologies and incorporate them into the new offerings/solutions.
Ability to work in teams and learn fast.
Good communication skills. Experience working with direct clients is add-on.

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of front-end technologies including MySQL, PHP, CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5 and jQuery.
Knowledge of code versioning tools like Git
Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats. (JSON, XML)
Experience working with debugging tools such as Chrome Inspector and Firebug.
Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics.
Write efficient, robust, and reusable code while adhering to WordPress coding standards.
