About the Opportunity
Mindtel is a dynamic, growth-oriented technology solutions provider operating at the intersection of SaaS, B2B enterprise sales, and digital transformation. We empower mid-market and enterprise clients across India with tailored technology stacks, automation tools, and customer-centric engagement models. As we scale nationally, we’re seeking energetic, hungry, and customer-obsessed BDEs to build pipeline, drive discovery, and convert leads into long-term client partnerships.

Role & Responsibilities

Proactively prospect and engage potential enterprise clients via cold calls, LinkedIn, and email outreach to generate qualified leads.
Conduct discovery calls to understand client pain points, budget cycles, and tech stack requirements.
Qualify leads using BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) and pass HOT opportunities to the sales leadership team.
Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot/ Salesforce) with call notes, follow-ups, and deal stages.
Coordinate demo scheduling and support pre-sales technical briefings with product specialists.
Meet or exceed monthly KPIs for calls, meetings set, and pipeline generated.
