Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Gulf Recruiter with 15 years of experience in GCC recruitment. The role involves end-to-end recruitment including sourcing screening interview coordination documentation and candidate management across industries such as Construction Oil & Gas MEP Manufacturing Hospitality Healthcare Logistics and Facility Management.

Key Responsibilities

Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media.
Coordinate interviews and client interactions.
Manage candidate documentation and profile submissions.
Build talent pipelines and ensure timely closures.
Maintain recruitment MIS and candidate databases.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.
15 years of Gulf recruitment experience (consultancy preferred).
Experience hiring for UAE Saudi Arabia Qatar Kuwait Oman or Bahrain.
Strong communication sourcing and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
