Wind Turbine Operations and Maintenance Technician (Contract)

Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on wind turbine components to ensure optimal performance.
Execute complex mechanical and electrical repairs according to technical specifications and safety standards.
Monitor turbine performance metrics and troubleshoot system malfunctions proactively to minimize downtime.
Conduct thorough diagnostic testing on hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and technical reports regarding asset health and repair history.
Collaborate with site engineering teams to implement upgrades and optimize site productivity.
Strictly adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations while working at heights and in diverse weather conditions.
Coordinate with logistics and supply chain personnel to ensure necessary parts and specialized tools are available for scheduled maintenance.

Qualifications
