Responsibilities:

Greeting and Seating Guests:

Warmly welcome customers as they enter the F Bar.
Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus.
Ensure that guests are comfortable and assist with seating arrangements.

Reservation Management:

Handle reservation requests through phone calls or online platforms.
Maintain an organized reservation system and update it as needed.
Coordinate with the kitchen and waitstaff to manage reservations efficiently.

Customer Assistance:

Provide information about menu items specials and promotions.
Address customer inquiries concerns and special requests.
Monitor and manage customer waiting lists during peak hours.

Maintaining Cleanliness and Ambiance:

Ensure that the dining area is clean tidy and appropriately set up.
Collaborate with the cleaning staff to maintain hygiene standards.
Assist in creating a pleasant ambiance with appropriate lighting music and d cor.

Coordinating with Staff:

Communicate effectively with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth operations.
Relay customer feedback and special requests to the relevant team members.

Handling Payments:

Process customer payments and provide accurate change when necessary.
Coordinate with the cashier to ensure a smooth payment process.

Assisting with Events:

Collaborate with the management team to organize and execute special events.
Ensure that events run smoothly by coordinating with staff and customers.
