Create systems and processes to capture various HR information and report periodically through meaningful dashboards.

Inform, report, advise the MC on various lead and lag indicators pertaining to the HR function.
Develop training programs for different levels/groups and deliver the same. Where required get external resources like fire safety, first
aid etc to the plant and conduct frequent programs.
Develop processes protocols to be followed during emergencies.
