Hiring for a Solutions Architect for the BFSI (Cards & Payments) domain for a global Systems Integration / IT Services major

Role details:

Title / Designation: Solutions Architect
Role type: Individual Contributor
Location: Chennai, Pune

Role & responsibilities:

Lead the architecture and design of solutions for the Cards and Payments domain.
Develop and implement microservices, cloud-native solutions, API-first designs, and event-driven architectures.
Provide expertise in card processing domains, including credit, debit, and prepaid cards.
Work closely with stakeholders to define architecture and design patterns suitable for scalable web architectures.
Ensure solutions comply with industry standards and frameworks like BIAN, Open Banking, and ISO20022.
Oversee the end-to-end solution delivery, encompassing application, data, infrastructure, and security.

Candidate requirements:

Minimum 10 years in architecture and design patterns focusing on scalable, cloud-native solutions.
Extensive experience in card processing, including hands-on implementation of products like VisionPLUS, TSYS, Base2000, WAY4, or Marqeta.
Expertisein Java, Microsevices REST, Postgres or other RDBMS, Kubernetes, Kafka.
Experience with Banking industry frameworks such as BIAN, Open Banking, and ISO20022.
Demonstrated ability to apply architecture and design principles in scalable web architectures, API-first design, event-driven architectures, cloud-native solutions, microservices, serverless computing, DevSecOps, and data migration.
Certification: TOGAF and Cloud certifications (AWS / GCP / Azure SA) are highly desirable
