Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 13,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,17,500 - 3,04,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,16,000 - 3,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 1,500 - 4,000 /year
