The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the non-IT sector. As a NON-IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various positions within our organization. Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms, job portals), referrals, and other creative methods.
Screen resumes and job applications to identify suitable candidates.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and follow up on the interview process status.
Maintain candidate databases and keep accurate records of candidate information.
Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment with selected candidates.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.
Assist in other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a recruiter, preferably in the non-IT sector.
Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., Boolean search, LinkedIn).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in recruiting for manufacturing or engineering industries.
