Key Responsibilities:

Execute cement / chemical / micro fine grouting works at project sites.
Operate and maintain grouting pumps mixers packers and injection systems .
Prepare grout mixes as per approved method statements and mix designs .
Monitor and record grouting pressure volume flow rate and refusal criteria .
Assist engineers during trial grouting and production grouting .
Maintain daily grouting logs reports and site records .
Ensure compliance with quality safety (HSE) and project specifications .
Coordinate with site engineers supervisors and drilling teams .
Identify site issues such as leakage loss of grout pressure variation and report promptly.
Support grouting activities for soil stabilization rock consolidation seepage control and foundation improvement .

Requirements

Required Skills & Knowledge:

Strong hands-on experience in geotechnical grouting works .
Knowledge of cement chemical polyurethane and micro fine grouting .
Ability to read drawings method statements and work instructions .
Familiar with SPT locations boreholes packer systems and ground conditions.
Basic understanding of soil/rock behavior .
Good coordination and reporting skills.

Required Skills:

Bachelors / Masters degree in HR Management or related field. 37 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR operations. Hands-on experience with Zoho Recruit / Zoho People / HRMS tools is mandatory. Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills. Strong ability to multitask prioritize and meet deadlines. Exposure to construction / engineering industry hiring will be an added advantage.
