We are looking for an organized, engaging Manager- Application Process who will manage the application process from the operations perspective and keep a high NPS for the customers we serve. This shall include supporting students one on one in their application process, selection of courses, and meeting application deadlines.

To be a successful Manager- Application Process, you should be committed to learning more about the students you work with and how they may benefit from specific programs. You should be knowledgeable, resourceful, and supportive with strong communication skills. You also need to connect with alumni and create networking systems to find promising potential applicants.

Key Outcomes For This Role

Student Counselling
Assess the student's profile in order to generate a list of colleges that are a good fit for student.
Counseling for choosing a university based on the traits and expectations of a student
Assist the student with the LOR, resume, and review of the application process.
Assist the student with the application form review.
Mentor Management: Increase / Retain the mentors for this business.
Reach out to mentors on Linkedin and engage with the Co-Founder to carry things forward.
Make contact with all of your present mentors and learn about their plans for the coming year.
To build relationships, set up engagement and information-sharing meetings with mentors.
Mentor-Student Coordination
Assign the right mentor according to the student profile to help with the applications.
Ensure that the application process runs smoothly by coordinating between the student and the mentor.
Ensure quality and take regular feedback from the students and mentors.
Brand Advocacy
Pitch and gather success stories from students after they have been accepted into college.
Collaborate with the marketing team to organise information sessions with top B School alums to help Crackverbal increase brand awareness.
Upsell revenue from the students taking application service.
Keep track of your student's progress and make sure they upgrade if they want to use features like adding new schools or practicing for interviews.

Compensation

Fixed Component: 16 to 24 lacs ( It is not a bar for the best-fit candidate)
Variable Component: Attractive Incentives Structure, based on the achievement of the targets.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have

A relevant degree, preferably an MBA, and 5+ years of Counselling and leadership experience in the education industry.
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
Coordinate within different teams and ability to work with students from different backgrounds
Prior experience in Application Consulting in an education industry
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to back up assumptions, make recommendations and drive actions using hard facts and metrics.
Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, and customers.
Strong business acumen and knowledge of the industry.
