Job description .
We are developing large-scale solar, wind, and solar-wind hybrid projects across India. We are looking for an experienced EHV Projects professional with strong site execution, coordination, and management capabilities across Transmission Lines and Pooling / Grid Substations. This role involves hands-on site leadership, ensuring safe execution, adherence to quality standards, and timely delivery of EHV civil, electrical, and mechanical works across challenging project environments.

Role & Responsibilities

Ensure proper concrete pouring, curing, rebar placement, and all structural elements meet the stringent requirements for turbine support.
Directly supervise and manage the construction of wind turbine foundations, ensuring precise execution as per technical specifications, quality control plans, and concrete mix designs.
Manage the construction and maintenance of access roads, specifically focusing on the requirement for heavy haulage of wind turbine components.
Prepare and present accurate civil work progress updates, identify potential delays, and propose solutions to the Project Manager.
Oversee and manage site surveys and detailed geotechnical investigation for wind farm development.
Supervise and manage extensive earthwork activities including cut & fill operation, excavation for large foundations, backfilling, and compaction, ensuring strict adherence to design and quality standards.

Qualification & Experience

Education: B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Experience (5-6 years in site execution and project management).
Erection of WTG is plus
