About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Recruit qualified agents
2. Conduct weekly and monthly meetings to review performance, share company updates, address concerns, and motivate the team to achieve goals
3. Set weekly production targets for the team of agents
4. Identify development needs of agents and coordinate with the training department for relevant training sessions
5. Accompany agents on customer visits to support and enhance sales skills
6. Develop agents according to company's career development and training plans
7. Ensure active engagement and productivity of agents
8. Motivate agents by offering support, recognizing performance, and organizing team-building activities
9. Review agent performance against targets and determine training requirements
10. Ensure agents comply with company standards, regulations, ethics, and maintain licensed status
11. Make informed decisions based on agent performance data
12. Handle complaints promptly and professionally
