As an SEO Specialist at TIPS - G (Alwar), you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to improve our website's organic search rankings, drive traffic, and increase conversions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our website content, structure, and technical elements are optimized for maximum visibility and performance in search engine results pages (SERPs).

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct keyword research to identify high-value target keywords and phrases relevant to our industry, products, and services.
Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic to our website.
Optimize website content, including landing pages, blog posts, and product pages, for target keywords, user experience, and search engine visibility.
Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure that SEO best practices are integrated into website design, content creation, and development processes.
Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates, using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and third-party SEO software.
Identify technical SEO issues and work with web developers to implement solutions, including site speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, and schema markup.
Stay current with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO and search engine marketing (SEM).
Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on SEO performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align SEO efforts with overall business goals and objectives.
Continuously test and iterate on SEO strategies to improve performance and achieve business KPIs.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, computer science, or related field.
Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, with a track record of improving organic search rankings and driving measurable results.
In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
Proficiency with SEO tools and software, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decision-making.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in SEO and digital marketing.
