Key responsibilities:

1. Visit assigned stores and manage all technical and functional optometry tasks.
2. Mentor fresher optometrists on sales pitch, dispensing, troubleshooting, and customer query handling.
3. Work in-store as optometrist during busy hours or staff absences.
4. Train new staff and review SOP compliance for eye tests, quality checks, and dispensing.
5. Conduct periodic audits on store optometry performance.
6. Support store teams in revenue growth through training and performance reviews.
7. Participate in regional, departmental, and operational meetings.
8. Maintain documentation and report daily summaries to the regional manager.
9. Ensure store NPS targets are met through staff coaching and problem-solving.
10. Recruit and onboard new talent for store operations.
