Overview:

The GET Production role is vital to our organization as it involves coordinating and overseeing the production process to ensure efficiency and quality of our products. This position plays a critical part in maintaining production schedules troubleshooting issues and implementing improvements ultimately contributing to the success of the production department.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor production processes
Review and analyze production data to identify inefficiencies
Implement production improvements and costsaving initiatives
Oversee quality control and ensure products meet specifications
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize production processes
Create and maintain production schedules
Identify equipment maintenance needs and coordinate repairs
Develop and maintain technical documentation for production processes
Train and supervise production staff
Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations
Resolve production issues and implement preventive measures
Optimize inventory levels and manage material flow
Participate in production planning and forecasting
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Engineering Manufacturing or related field
Proven experience in production management or related role
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technologies
