Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, a strategic mindset, and the ability to lead and inspire a team. As a Marketing Manager at Apidel, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing campaigns while ensuring alignment with our brand identity.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Management: Track and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns, ensuring optimal results and ROI.
Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize impact.
Brand Consistency: Ensure that all marketing materials, both online and offline, adhere to our brand guidelines.
Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering collaboration and creativity.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling and relevant content for various channels.
Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and website optimization.
Event Planning: Coordinate marketing events, trade shows, and conferences.
Performance Metrics: Set KPIs, measure performance, and adjust strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign management and team leadership.

Prior Experience:

Demonstrated success in digital marketing, advertising, or marketing companies.
Overall 7+ years experience required.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
Experience of encompassing all the touchpoints of marketing viz., advertising, digital marketing, developing global presence using an entire spectrum of channels to cater larger audience.
Experience of marketing for US region with proven track record of creating brand awareness through affordable digital marketing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
