This position will be a Remote role and you will be working closely with the team in the United States through video chat, instant messaging, e-mail, phone, and through our software. Job brief

We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer to develop and maintain functional and secure networks. You will mentor a team of engineers to troubleshoot and optimize our networks for our users. In this role, you should have excellent problem-solving skills and a thorough knowledge of network administration and architecture. Responsibilities

Monitor network performance and integrity
Resolve issues tiers of support have escalated by troubleshooting cloud and local infrastructure
Automate tasks and monitor their effectiveness
Create, oversee and test security measures (e.g. access authentication and disaster recovery)
Communicate with users when needed
Maintain complete technical documentation
Suggest improvements to network performance, capacity, and scalability

Requirements

10+ experience as a Senior Network Engineer or Lead.
Professional certification (e.g. CCNP, CCDP)

Solid background in network administration and architecture
Hands-on experience in Network Data Center planning/design/implementation, site-to-site tunnel setup and troubleshooting, VPN issues
In-depth understanding of communication protocols like BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and RIP.
Basic knowledge of 0365, AD, Server, and Database Infrastructure environment.
Should have extensive knowledge and Implementation of Firewalls design
Understand Client network Infrastructure (FW, Router, Proxy devices, etc) and analyze and advise the risk on existing setup.
Familiarity with access control models and network security
Should have Knowledge of working on the ITIL process.
Worked on various tools like Nagios and ticketing tools like Remedy and ITSM
Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools (e.g. SolarWinds network tools)
Solid understanding of network operating systems (JUNOS, Cisco IOS)
Basic knowledge of AD, Server, and Database Infrastructure environment.
Sharp troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently
Organizational and mentoring skills
