We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Design Engineer – Mechanical to join our Product Design team. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of hands-on experience in machine design, strong proficiency in advanced mechanical design principles, and the ability to lead design activities independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of machine components, modules, and assemblies as per product and project requirements.
Create and review detailed 3D models, drawings, and design documentation using Solid Edge / SolidWorks.
Apply GD&T principles effectively and ensure adherence to engineering standards, specifications, and best practices.
Prepare and verify Bill of Materials (BOM), engineering change documents, and design records.
Collaborate closely with manufacturing, production, and quality teams for design validation, prototyping, and continuous improvement.
Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and support cross-functional teams during development.
Utilize strong knowledge of manufacturing processes such as machining, fabrication, casting, and sheet metal design.
Participate in design reviews and contribute to improving product reliability and manufacturability.
