Quality Analyst Intern

Location: Mohali, Punjab

Duration: 6 Months

Job Responsibilities

Perform manual testing of web applications and CRM-based solutions.
Understand project requirements and prepare basic test scenarios and test cases .
Identify, document, and track bugs/issues and coordinate with the development team.
Perform functional, regression, UI, and usability testing .
Verify that developed features meet the required specifications.
Retest resolved issues and maintain proper testing records.
Assist the QA team in ensuring product quality, reliability, and performance .
Participate in project discussions and provide testing-related feedback.

Requirements

Required Skills

Basic understanding of Software Testing & QA concepts .
Knowledge of Manual Testing and SDLC/STLC.
Ability to create test cases and test scenarios .
Basic knowledge of Bug/Defect Reporting .
Good analytical and problem-solving skills .
Good attention to detail.
Basic understanding of Web Applications and APIs is an advantage.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Zoho, Postman, or similar testing tools is a plus.
Good communication and teamwork skills .
Willingness to learn new technologies and testing methodologies.
