Description:

Ajmal Super 40, renowned for providing top-tier NEET and JEE coaching, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Hostel Superintendent. This role is pivotal in ensuring a safe, supportive, and conducive living environment for our students. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hostel administration and student management, contributing to the overall well-being and development of our students.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the hostel, ensuring a safe and secure environment for students.

Develop and implement policies and procedures for hostel administration, including safety protocols, discipline, and maintenance.

Monitor and ensure the cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of hostel facilities.

Address and resolve student issues, concerns, and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.

Facilitate a positive living environment by organizing activities and programs that promote community building and personal development.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to hostel management.

Collaborate with staff and parents to address student needs and ensure their well-being.

Maintain accurate records of student attendance, incidents, and other relevant data.

Provide mentorship and guidance to students, fostering a supportive and nurturing atmosphere.

Coordinate with external service providers for maintenance, security, and other essential services.

Requirements:

Educational Qualification: Post Graduation in any stream.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in hostel administration (Experience in handling students from I to XII standard will be an added advantage).

Strong organizational and management skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to handle emergencies and resolve conflicts effectively.

A compassionate and empathetic approach towards student welfare.

Proficiency in maintaining records and reports.

Knowledge of safety and security protocols in a residential setting.

Remuneration:

Up to 12 lakhs per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
