The TelecallerWalkin plays a crucial role in the organization as they are responsible for making outbound calls to existing and potential customers to generate leads and secure sales. They are essential for maintaining customer satisfaction and promoting company products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Explain and promote products or services to customers.
Handle customer questions inquiries and complaints.
Obtain customer information and follow up on leads.
Set appointments for sales representatives.
Maintain a detailed record of calls and customer information.
Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
Provide product knowledge to customers.
Update customer information in the database.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a telecaller or similar sales/customer service role.
