The PGT (Post Graduate Teacher) Physics Teacher will be responsible for delivering comprehensive and engaging physics lessons to students at the senior secondary level. This pivotal role involves planning and executing a dynamic curriculum, conducting practical experiments, assessing student progress, and preparing students for board examinations and competitive entrance exams (e.g., JEE, NEET) as applicable. The ideal candidate will possess deep subject matter expertise, excellent pedagogical skills, and a commitment to fostering a love for physics in young minds.

Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Delivery & Lesson Planning:
Develop and deliver well-structured, engaging, and challenging lesson plans for Physics to students of Grades 11 and 12, adhering to the [CBSE/State Board/JEE/NEET] curriculum.
Utilize a variety of teaching methodologies, including lectures, discussions, practical demonstrations, and interactive activities, to cater to diverse learning styles.
Integrate technology and modern teaching aids to enhance the learning experience.
Prepare comprehensive notes, study materials, assignments, and test series.
Laboratory & Practical Sessions:
Plan, organize, and supervise physics laboratory experiments safely and effectively.
Guide students through practical procedures, ensure understanding of concepts, and help them analyze results.
Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure availability of necessary resources for experiments.
Student Assessment & Development:
Design and administer various assessments (quizzes, tests, projects, assignments, practical exams) to evaluate student understanding and progress.
Provide constructive and timely feedback to students, identifying their strengths and weaknesses, and guiding them for improvement.
Conduct regular doubt-solving sessions to address individual student queries.
Monitor student performance and maintain accurate records of grades and attendance.
Mentorship & Guidance:
Inspire and motivate students to develop a strong interest in Physics and pursue higher education in STEM fields.
Provide academic and career guidance related to Physics and engineering/medical streams.
Support students in preparing for competitive examinations (JEE, NEET) through targeted coaching and practice sessions, if required by the institution.
Collaboration & Professional Growth:
Collaborate with fellow teachers, department heads, and school management to enhance the overall teaching-learning process and contribute to curriculum development.
Participate in departmental meetings, workshops, seminars, and professional development programs to stay updated with the latest advancements in Physics and teaching methodologies.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and address any concerns.
Classroom Management & Safety:
Maintain a disciplined, positive, and conducive learning environment in the classroom and laboratory.
Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols during laboratory sessions and school activities.
