Key responsibilities:

1. Support school heads and principals in strengthening curriculum planning, delivery, and classroom processes.
2. Improve the utilization and upkeep of infrastructure such as toilets, libraries, computer labs, and science labs.
3. Activate and promote student-centred activities including sports, drawing, and cultural events.
4. Ensure smooth academic operations as well as non-academic functions like Sports Day, Annual Day, Republic Day, and PTMs.
5. Facilitate teacher support sessions to build instructional capabilities.
6. Provide technical subject-specific assistance to teachers.
7. Conduct refresher training on difficult topics based on identified needs.
8. Support academic planning across the year including curriculum rollout, remedial sessions, assessments, and ongoing monitoring.
9. Assist in tracking the implementation of key initiatives and improvements in classroom practices.
10. Collaborate with other project team members to drive holistic development across schools.

5. Strong planning and execution skills.

6. Excellent communication and analytical abilities.

7. Proven influencing skills with the ability to build strong networks and relationships.

8. Comfortable providing both academic and operational mentorship.

9. Prior experience supporting government or low-income private schools is desirable.

10. Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
