3. Role & Responsibilities (What the candidate is supposed to do on the job) :
* Keen Knowledge of ISO / IATF 16949:2016 and hands on experience in implementation
* Customer Relationship Management
* Liasioning with certification agency for conducting audit.
* Coordination for Customer Audits , IATF, internal and External audits
* Customer Complaint Management
* Muffler/ Silencer or Exhaust products and fabrication is preferable* ERP - Implementation of Quality Module
* Cross Function Team Member
* APQP implementation
* PPAP implementation

* Basic understanding /exposure to six sigma and problem-solving techniques.
* Ensure Zero defect product.
* Maintain Quality standards/Quality assurance/Quality Audits
* Root cause analysis of Non-Conformances & implementation of corrective actions
through 8D.
* MIS related to Quality Metrics
* MSA (Measure System Analysis)
* Raw Material Testing with test plan
* CMM (Coordinate Measuring machines) Programming
* Supplier Quality &Quality Plan, MIS, Audit plans, up gradation plans
* Knowledge of COPQ &COQ (Cost of poor quality and cost of quality)
* Handling of export parts and dealing with export customers.
* Knowledge of Muffler, welding , surface coating , CMM Inspection etc.
* Leadership quality to derive the quality culture
