Job Summary :

The Marketing Executive will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our organic food ingredients globally. This role demands a creative and analytical professional who can work both independently and collaboratively to enhance our brand presence, engage with our target audience, and drive business growth.

KRA :

1. Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.

2. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, market opportunities, and customer needs.

3. Coordinate with the sales team to create marketing materials and tools to support sales efforts and partner relationships.

4. Manage social media platforms, creating engaging content that aligns with our brand's message and values.

5. Oversee the company's attendance at events, exhibitions, and other promotional activities.

6. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, using metrics to inform future activities.

7. Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs.

8. Support the Lead Marketing and Branding in all aspects of the marketing plan execution.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in the food, agriculture, or related industries.

3. Strong understanding of marketing principles, brand, product and service management, sales, and business development.

4. Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing.

5. Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

6. Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Note :

- Both of these roles will be based in the Gurgaon office and work in EU shift but should also be flexible enough to attend late night calls twice in a week for coordinating with our US team.
