Telecaller – Job Description

Role Overview

The Telecaller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound patient calls, explaining Ayurvedic treatments, booking consultations, and maintaining strong follow-up communication. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy toward patients, and the ability to convert inquiries into clinic visits.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls related to treatments such as piles, arthritis, PCOD, skin issues, and customized Ayurvedic therapies.
Explain clinic services, treatment processes, and consultation benefits clearly to potential patients.
Convert leads generated from ads, social media, and website inquiries into appointments.
Schedule and confirm doctor consultations and maintain daily call records.
Follow up with old leads and existing patients for treatment continuation.
Maintain patient data in CRM or internal systems.
Coordinate with marketing and clinic teams for lead updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Good communication skills in Hindi (Punjabi/English is a plus).
Basic understanding of healthcare or Ayurveda preferred.
Experience in telecalling, sales, or patient coordination is an advantage.
Ability to handle patient concerns politely and professionally.
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, etc.).
