Job Context & Major Challenges

Job Context: Aditya Birla Insulators (ABI) is the largest manufacturer of Electrical Insulators in India and the 4th largest in the world. Started in 1967 with an initial capacity of 2400 MT ABI presently has two plants one at Rishra near Kolkata and other at Halol near Vadodara with a combined production capacity of 48800 MT and caters to the entire spectrum of substation transmission and distribution insulators up to system voltages of 1200 KV AC & HVDC.

Job Summary

*Provident Fund Trust Operation Experience Mandatory

Provident Fund (PF) Operations PF Loan passing for both Unit settlement inward and outward PF Transfer credit advise outwards PF Trust Accounting PF Return Annual PF Inspection PF Investment execution. PF Security Register preparation of balance sheet. Organizing Board of Trustee Meeting on quarterly basis. Liaison with bank for PF related work.

Purchase Order and Work Order: - Review of all PO AND WO for ABI Rishra and Halol.

Sales Tax: - Overseeing Sales Tax related work under VAT AND CST Act.

Accounting : - Review and Bill passing for accounts as required.

KRA3	of VAT Audit documents & Statutory Audit documents & paper.	1)Preparing the required documents for Vat Audit (FORM 88) of ABI 2)Preparation of documents relating to Statutory Audit as required by auditors.
KRA4	of Books of Accounts & day to day functional work of the (J.S.P.F.I.)	1)Preparation of Monthly accounts Final Balance Sheet Monthly PF Financial. 2)Checking Refund Advise (Full & Final Settlement) of Members of JSPFI (both units ABI & JST) & Issue cheques to the members from P.F. Trust (J.S.P.F.I.) 3)Passing of Loan (Repayable & NR) to Members of JSPFI (both units ABI & JST).. 4)Preparing all the documents relating to PF Inspection by RPFC 5)Preparation of PF Monthly Return of JSPFI
KRA5	5. Other Misc works related Accounts of ABI & Sales Tax.	1) As per requirement in quarterly Balance Sheet.
