We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven executive to join our admissions team, focusing on increasing enrollments for +1 and +2 grades. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a proven track record in sales or marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Student Recruitment:
Develop and implement strategies to attract and enroll students in +1 and +2 grades.
Conduct market research to identify potential student populations and outreach opportunities.
Organize and participate in school fairs, open houses, and community events to promote the school.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with prospective students and their families.
Provide detailed information about the school's programs, facilities, and benefits.
Follow up with prospective students and families to address questions and concerns.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Collaborate with academic and administrative staff to ensure a seamless admissions process.
Coordinate with feeder schools and educational consultants to increase referrals.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospective students and their families.
Analyze enrollment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Prepare and present regular reports on admissions activities and outcomes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the education sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
